Traditional Estate Sale

We generally offer a commissioned percentage split. This will be based on the amount of time, travel, and other factors.

Once we tour the home, we will discuss our commission. Our commission rates start at 40%.

Estate Clean Out (Liquidation)

It's important to note that the process can be complex and time-consuming, with potential variations based on local laws and regulations. Seeking guidance from professionals can help ensure a smooth liquidation process.

While WE do not offer cleanouts, we can provide a great recommendation for liquidation companies or charities.

All of these options will be discussed with you at our sit-down meeting after the tour of your home.
